In order to get support you need to log in with the same login you use to download your products. After doing that you will show up as a licensed customer and will also have access to the customers only area.


If at any time you have forgotten or lost your login you can go
here and use the lost password feature. Your login will be re-sent to you.

When you log in for support please check out the support FAQ's before submitting a new question. Many common questions are already answered in the FAQ area.


You will also be able to view search results that are in the customers area as well.


If you can log into your download area but cannot use that login here please do the following:
1. Log into your download area:
2. Go to edit Profile:
3. Retype in your password and click save.
Doing the above will re-sync your login with the vB database used here. Now you should be able to log in fine.


Please remember that customizing/modifying the skins is not a support issue so please do not post in the support forums for mods or hacks.
