Do your skins work with Invision Gallery?

I am interest in one or more skins, ready to buy, but I need to make sure they work with the gallery.

Any skin for any BB/forum software is only built to work with that software. The skins work with IPB's built in portal because it comes with (is part of) IPB. Any third party software is not supported and you would have to contact the vendor to see if it would be very easy to do or not.
