Im interested in purchasing the 'fusion' vb skin and i just have a few pre-sales questions.

1. When installing the skin will i require to enter any 'personal' information or any of my vb.com details?
2. I see that it comes with vb 3 gold upgrade and vb portal. Will i require to enter and personal information or serial numbers?

Any of my products that you install are simply cosmetic changes to your existing software. No personal information is ever required unless you need support or an installation...

The only thing I will ever see is your email address because your login information is emailed to you once you buy the skin.

Emails are NEVER sold nor seen by anybody but myself or the staff here.

Im having problems ordering...

Everytime i enter my e-mail it says that i already have an account which i do not.

jeffrey.craske@ntlworld.com is the e-mail im using...

Apart from that all i have is a free hotmail account...

The reason it says this is because i was logged into paypal ready to pay, but then was forced to log-out, and now your website/order page thinks im a member which im not.

could i use my websites e-mail?

P.S Im running VB 3 RC3. Will i be able to upgrade to vb gold straight from RC3?

Once you go through the order process whether you finish or not your account is created. I just sent you your login info. Just log into your account here http://www.vbskinz.com/members/member.php and you can place your order from inside your members area.

also, im running the skin on RC3 and the New thread button isnt anywhere to be seen :S

Ummm... you need to log into your vBulletin.com account to upgrade your forum software. I have nothing to do with that.

Nobody has had any problems with that. If you still have an issue after upgrading open up a support ticket and I'll have to look at your board.

Also make sure it is open for new posts...

Ive decided by votes from my members to run vB 2.3.3....

Now ive uploaded all the images, done evrything in the instructions but theres one small problem. I cant find anywhere, where i can make 'fusion_expanded' the deafult theme.

Any info you can give me please?
